Senior callout
Senior level practitioners at We The Collective generally have amassed more years of practical experience in their field. They demonstrate a high level of leadership and oversight proficiency. They are highly conceptual thinkers — consistently offering a broad range of ideas to inspire our clients and colleagues as a matter of course. A senior practitioner’s ability to think strategically enables WTC to deliver solutions very closely aligned with client goals. They often demonstrate success interacting directly with clients, rather than relying upon other members of the team. They also play a significant role in shaping internal strategy and improving processes, usually without prompting. They embody their role in a way that serves as a powerful inspiration for the upcoming generation of senior-level practitioners.
